Find out more about Training & Workshops
In the main our client work is bespoke as we believe it’s important to provide training that reflects the individual needs of each organisation. We take the time to get under the skin of the organisation, meeting key stakeholders in advance of the sessions so we can truly understand the culture and desired outcomes for the workshop, that is what GREAT looks like. Delivering training that really makes a difference, requires an environment steeped in encouragement, support, motivation and excitement so that people lead the way to change rather than being led.

Each coaching programme is individually tailored, but a typical programme would be structured as follows:-
Initial qualification & chemistry session
The primary relationship in any coaching activity is between the coach and the individual so the relationship is key. This session provides an opportunity for the coachee to meet with their coach and discuss goals. However, there may be other stakeholders involved and with the agreement of all this session may kick off and close with a 3-way conversation including Coach, coachee and business sponsor to discuss, agree the goals for coaching, and review outcomes.

- 6 x 1-hour confidential 121 coaching sessions (minimum of monthly intervals)
- Unlimited e-mail support throughout period
- Coaching summary and supporting resources following each session
- Telephone support for the duration of the programme
