Meryl Gilbert the founder of MGL is an experienced business leader, MBTI Certified Practitioner, and EMCC Professional Coach. As a business leader Meryl has acquired a wealth of experience from various industry sectors, e.g., Automotive, Global Payments, Banking, Financial Services and Hospitality.
Prior to leaving corporate life to establish MGL Meryl operated on the executive committee of a market leading $3.3 bn Global Payments company where she was acknowledged by peers as an “inspirational and motivational leader who sets and displays high standards”, and whose motivation is about development of the individual whilst balancing those with the commercial aims of the business”.

MGL’ s approach is to really understand each client’s needs, and wants. Before the roll out of any programme MGL will schedule discovery session (s) with internal stakeholders to discuss what the future needs to look like. We aim to understand what’s already working well and how we can build on this, and what changes need to be made to take things from “Good to Great”.
