Meryl joined our first post-pandemic colleague conference in November 2022 to deliver a half-day MBTI session (with 70 colleagues). The session was engaging, uplifting, interesting – and most of all, everyone had great fun. After two years without a conference, and several new colleagues, it really did bring the team together as they participated in some creative activities and learned about individual preferences, and how understanding these can build a more collaborative and supportive working environment.
From start to finish Meryl was a pleasure to work alongside. She is warm, supportive, responsive and very creative. We had clear communication throughout and felt confident that the day would go well – and it did! With a combination of hearing and deaf people (mostly British Sign Language users) in our session, Meryl adapted to working with a mixed group, through interpreters with great ease. We would highly recommend Meryl – who we are confident will enhance any of your team events/meetings.
